Janelle Fleet
Camp Director
Coach Janelle Fleet is the Head Varsity Girl’s Basketball Coach at The John Carroll School. Fleet played high school basketball at St. Paul’s School for Girls and was the point guard and leading scorer of the program’s first-ever championship team. Fleet continued her basketball career at Muhlenberg College, where she helped lead the team to conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances in 2012 and 2015.
She later returned to St. Paul’s as an assistant coach, helping the team capture the program’s most recent championship in 2020. Fleet was then promoted to head coach at St. Paul’s, leading the team to a third-place finish in the playoffs, falling to the eventual champions.

Fleet is also well-versed in the AAU circuit, having served as head coach for the Columbia Ravens B team, where many of her players went on to be part of Howard High School’s 2023 championship team. Prior to accepting the head coach position, Janelle was the assistant varsity basketball coach at John Carroll, helping guide the Patriots to a playoff appearance in 2025.
